Return and Refund Policy for Bath & Being

At Bath & Being, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items purchased from Bath & Being within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Unused Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. It should be returned with its original packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
  • Shipping the Return: You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we approve the return. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

  • Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, you will be offered a refund or an alternative product of equal value.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Replacement or Refund: We will either replace the damaged or defective item or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs associated with returning the product.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional processing time before the refund is officially posted.
